We have adopted modern employment practices and have flexi time and job share work for mum’s and mature staff that want to keep their hand in and have so much to offer. Friday is our dress down day, and the whole plant closes early to give everyone longer time with their families. There are no ivory towers in our organisation, with all the staff and directors directly approachable. Below are the faces behind the names of the main staff who run the company.
