Ordering

We have very knowledgeable sales staff ready to take your orders. When you feel comfortable, simply forward your final manufacturing sizes to us on our dedicated order forms or send in your own survey for us to transcribe. Phone sizes are accepted, but a signature and check will be required prior to manufacture.

We will then acknowledge and cost your order and return to you with an approximate delivery date, usually by fax for your double checking and counter signature. Our sales staff are very experienced, and all trained to look for errors and ambiguities. We will not proceed to production until both parties are 100% sure they know what they are getting, and we know what we have to make.

Terms are proforma if under £5k or 50 / 50 for higher values. Upon sight of a cheque, signed and checked acknowledgement we will proceed to manufacture. We will accept a transmitted copy of a cheque in good faith. Payment should be sent when returning the signed acknowledgement.

If your order is for non white Aluminium, we will batch it for the logistics then arrange for this to be pulled and collected by our powder coaters. They will also fill the metal with the polyurethane resin. This is delivered back to us usually within 2 weeks for the next stage of cutting and fabrication of your order.

The lead times for Aluminium windows can range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on quantity, finish, and time of year. Upvc sash windows lead times range from 2 to 5 weeks dependant on glazed, unglazed, astragal bar layouts, and time of year. Remember all orders are built to your sizes and specification, and no stock frames are available off the shelf.
